Why we built this.
A plumber we know was losing six jobs a week to voicemail. Six jobs. At an average of $450 each, that's $2,700 a week walking to his competitor down the road. He couldn't afford a $4,000/mo call center and he couldn't find a receptionist who'd work nights.
Every tool pitched to him was built for SaaS companies in San Francisco, not plumbers in Santa Rosa. Nobody made something simple, cheap, and actually good for the trades.
So we did. We answer the phone for him now. He hasn't missed a lead in three months. And we built the thing we wished existed.
