Do my customers know they're talking to an AI? +
Yes. By California law (SB 1001), the AI identifies itself as an AI in the greeting. In our testing this actually builds trust because customers know what they're dealing with. We've also had callers thank the AI for answering when every other company sent them to voicemail.
What if the AI doesn't know the answer? +
It says "Let me have [Owner Name] get back to you on that within the hour" and sends you the question. No hallucinated answers. No pretending. The AI knows what it knows.
Can I change what it says? +
Yes. You get a direct line to Sean. Text him the change, it's live within the hour. No tickets, no portal, no waiting.
Does it replace my office staff? +
